London Jewellery Repairs offer a personal collection and delivery to any location of your choice in zones one or two.

We're either messaging in WhatsApp or talking by email, any photos received are helpful in order for us to quote as best possible.
The collection.
When we have agreed your location and a time, a jeweller will personally come and collect to discuss if necessary, the work to be carried out. If the work hasn't yet been quoted for this would be confirmed on the collection. The timeframe and delivery date will be confirmed.
Invoice and order confirmation.
Once the work has been proceeded you will receive your invoice and order confirmation by your preferred method. Your order confirmation will have the work to be carried out along with a current photo of your jewellery, the metal and any stone information along with the delivery date will also be included.
Payment.
Our bank details will be included on your invoice, you can either pay by bank transfer or using any card on the delivery using our portable card machine.
Delivery.
When your work is complete you will receive a message to arrange the delivery, again this will be a jewellery delivering your item to also talk you through the process and any questions you may have moving forward.
If you're based in London Zones 1 & 2, we collect and deliver to your chosen location.
