Process

London Jewellery Repairs provides a personalised collection and delivery service to any location within zones one or two of London, based on your preference.

Enquiry

Our preferred modes of communication are either through WhatsApp messaging or email conversations. Sharing relevant photos along with your query can assist us in providing you with the most precise quote.

The collection.

After we have mutually agreed on your preferred location and time, one of our expert jewellers will personally come to collect your item. We will then discuss the required work with you if necessary. If the work hasn't been quoted for, we will confirm the cost during the collection. We will also provide a confirmed timeframe and delivery date.

Invoice and order confirmation.

After the work on your item has been proceeded, we will send you an invoice and order confirmation via your preferred method of communication. The order confirmation will include a current photo of your jewellery, along with details of the metal and any stones, and the work that has been carried out. Additionally, we will provide you with the confirmed delivery date.

Payment.

Your invoice will include our bank details, and you can choose to make the payment through a bank transfer or by using any card on delivery, using our portable card machine.

Delivery.

After the completion of the repair work on your item, we will send you a message to arrange the delivery. Our jeweller will personally deliver your item and guide you through the repair process. We are also available to answer any questions you may have moving forward.
