Most gold and platinum rings can be resized safely and seamlessly. Certain designs, including rings with full stone settings or alternative metals, may have limitations. We recommend sending a photograph of your ring for an assessment prior to collection.
Our jewellers aim to resize rings whilst maintaining the original finish and appearance of the piece. In most cases, resized areas are seamless and not visible once completed and polished.
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the ring and current workshop demand - resizing regularly takes approximately one week but priority services may be available for urgent requests.
